This is amazing for severely cracked skin on my hands. At night, I generously apply and then sleep in latex surgical gloves. A couple of times a day, I also soak my hands in water/vinegar 3:1, for a few minutes, then apply a small amount of cream.

It helped my pain quite well.. My only issue is it's extremely strong smell.. It'll clear your sinuses if you need.. Lol

I contact the seller because I needed to return. I have not heard from the seller. Normally, when I order something from walmart.com if I'm not satisfied with a product or it doesn't fit, I take it back to the store to do a return .I was not able to do that with his cream. I have found a better price price at Walmart stores.
