Exactly as expected. Fit perfectly in women's work shoes, loafers, flats. Provide a nice cushion and protect a giant odor . Slim easy to use.

Very comfortable
These are the most comfortable insoles I have used, with double the thickness. More expensive also, but we all get what we pay for. Cut to fit your shoes.

Never received the item. Spoke with customer service ( walmart) on 8/21, said they would email the company of the problem. I have not heard from them yet. 😟😟
