I bought these to put in my Keds shoes to pad them a little when walking and to keep my feet warmer as we have no carpeting and it is winter. These are made well and easy to trim to fit in your shoes. They do help to make my feet feel better when walking and also help my knees so I have a little cushion when walking. And they do keep my feet warmer than the thinner inserts. I sit at my computer a lot and our house is built on a slab so you can imagine how cold the floors get with no carpeting. We have the snap together faux wood flooring and it does not keep the floors warm. Since I have put these in my shoes, my feet are warmer. And they hold up well. I am a very large woman so I can really put stress on inserts but these seem to last longer than the store brand I had been buying.
I have tried the lower cost versions of these strips and have been disappointed. By paying for these "high priced" strips I got a product that works in a reasonable way. My expectations have been met.
This product serves dual purpose for me: cushions my feet and fills up my loose shoes.
I needed a simple insole with some decent padding and low volume for my hiking shoes. These fit the bill.
They come with a pattern of various sizes and you just cut to fit your own specific shoe size. My shoes are no longer a little too loose and they fit perfectly. Works great and I ordered additional ones.
very comfortable but you can only use them in outerwear that are about a size to big for your feet, I tried them in my shoes that were only about 1/2 size to big and the air pillows took up way to much room, had to take them out, could not wear my shoes
I put these in my brand new shoes, change as nessissary new pair makes your shoes feel like new. All my shoes are dr. Scholl's lol
I bought these for a pair of work boots that came with no inserts. I felt as if I was walking on concrete. The Dr Scholl's insoles mad a huge difference, however the back of my feet still needed more cushion. I ended up ordering a pair of Dr. Scholl's "massaging gel insoles for work". I think the Double Air-Pillo insoles would be great for shoes they do not seen suited for work boots.
My husband wears his work boots every day, so he goes through a pair of these every few months. They do about as good as the expensive ones, but eventually they do wear out and he replaces them. But for less than $3, its easier for our budget.
I have used this item for years, however, I only gave it a four star rating because we have to cut them to size and you need a very sharp pair of scissors, otherwise, it's a mess. In the past we could buy these air pillows by size.
