I had been experiencing severe arch pain in one foot for about a month...finally decided to try this product, (as opposed to spending hundreds on a prescription insert, plus a visit to a foot specialist). It was amazing that I felt an immediate difference. The pain all but disappeared right away.

These inserts are absolutely amazing! I'm 6 months pregnant and on my feet for 12+ hours a day. My arches would hurt so bad I could barely walk when work was over. I bought these and immediately felt a huge difference in one day! I honestly have no pain in my feet at all. They fit amazingly in all of my sneakers and they don't budge. I love these!!

I'm a teacher and spend hours on my feet every day. On the weekend, I like to go for long walks and take photos. I have flat feet and tendonitis in my arches due to an old running injury. I bought these insoles for the sneakers I wear on a daily basis. I love how easily they fit into my shoes without making my toes feel smushed and crowded. They are durable and provide the support and comfort I was looking for.

Its a good idea but there isnt enough room in my shoes for the arch support. I traded arch pain for less arch pain and tight shoes. They arent the solution for me. Plus, I hate feeling the seam created by the front end of the insert.

I have bought a lot of shoe inserts to help with my tired, painful arches, and these are by far the best for this price range. I'm a nanny of small active children and we're always up and moving, so I need arch support that lasts all day. I primarily wear them for work and the gym, so my more practicle shoes. The higher heel makes wearing them in cuter shoes like flats or high heels for my off time impracticable, they make my foot come out f the shoe. The ladies version of these are not as supportive, which is a bummer.

These are terribly made. They are VERY thick, making me both taller and uncomfortable in my shoe. It made my foot bulge out of my shoe, even after loosening the laces. They are just over half the length of the shoe so they slide forward as you walk. They do provide arch support but not worth the discomfort it creates to ease arch discomfort. Terribly disappointed.
