Like a little piggy back ride for your feet!
I'm on my feet all day %26 my favorite shoes were losing it's comfort. These insoles were supper easy to trim. There's a guideline embedded in them with the shoe size. Just trim with scissors. Felt the difference immediately %26 I can continue wearing my favorite shoes!

I have arthritis in both knees, and walking has become painful. A friend suggested using these particular insoles. Much to my surprise, they have made a significant difference in my pain level, and have enabled me to take walks again. I highly recommend these for anyone who is suffering from knee pain.

Toe area has gel bumps under pad instead of smooth which is uncomfortable if you have neuoropathy. Other than that, they're good.

thin but don't knock until you've tried them!
I didn't realize these were so thin and thought they wouldn't work for me but I gave them a try. I was surprised! great support everywhere I needed it

title says size for 8-14 received 6-10. does not work when you wear a 13 wide shoe. did not notice till after i opened the packaging.
