Worth every oenny
I have a bone spur in my heal. I live in these things. My doctor actually recommended them! And now, I can wear all my shoes (high heal and low, tennis shoe to dressy) with these in them. At the end of the day, everything else may hurt, but not my heal!

Comfort...
I love these heel cushions! So many shoes today have high backs on them, and these cushions raise my heel to avoid my shoes rubbing my heels at the top of the shoes. I also like this style because they don't slide around inside while wearing them.

Disappointed
Attempted to use these for heel pain. However, they slip to the middle of my feet as I was walking. Once I got back to my classroom, I took them out my shoes. Haven't worn them since.

Very uncomfortable and too small
I wear a size 8.5 and this was too narrow for my foot. I could feel the edges of it rubbing against the bottom of my foot. Also it caused my arches to start hurting after only a short time of walking. I had to stop and pull them out before I even left my house. Very disappointing.

Not for Wide Fee
If you have tiny feet with tiny heels, this is for you. Totally unsuitable for wide feet.
