Dr. Scholl's Men's Orthotics Pain Relief for Plantar Fasciitis, Size 8-13

I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for months. I had instant relief when I wore these insoles. I continued with my fasciitis stretches and icing my feet three times/day but no long lasting improvement happened until I started wearing these insoles.

I was skeptical on the reviews I seen online they were very mixed reviews. While it is not a cure to the issue it does really help, along with daily stretches. I gave in when I found a random review on Reddit. Again, I was skeptical, and then I seen the 90 day money back guarantee and I thought why not try them. It's been about 1 week and I don't know why I didn't try it sooner, again it's not a cure but in my opinion it does help alleviate the pain I have in my left heel. I never used inserts before, but after taking them out of my shoes I seen the indents of my toes at the front of the insole, not sure if that is typical. I did just purchase the 3 pack and it's on sale too, since I am not sure how durable they are and how long they are suppose to last.

Wearing these inserts really stopped a lot of pain in left heal and allowed me to be able to walk better without to much pain.

The first time I wore these, I had no pain at all. However, in subsequent wearings, I have had pain, but it is MUCH less.

The insole itself works better in some shoes and not so well in others. I bought 3 pairs of these insole after going through the website's insole adviser. Disappointingly, it did not suggest to buy a 3-pack which is a lot cheaper than 3 individual pairs. So, I ended up paying too much!

My foot is flat and I believe this is why it did not help me.
