Over priced and ineffective.
Overpriced and ineffective. I missed that these were cut to fit but will say provided guide seems to work as they did fit in my shoe once cut. The problem is my feet stick to these terribly and feel sweaty all day when wearing. For me they were also not very effective at cutting down odor probably because my feet were just moist all day when wearing. Lastly the toe portion keeps curling up which is uncomfortable. I am constantly having to remove my shoes to straghten the toe area which is annoying. I can't recommend these and will definitely not be purchasng again.
