I love this mo ie is why it has 5 stars. I ordered it with digital version. They sent regular dvd. So I started a return and they sent another copy. Same as the first. I have started a return again and ordered it from Amazon

Moldy/Water-Damaged Case
When I opened the seal, I noticed what appeared to be water damage and black mold all over the cover and case. Watching this movie while decorating our tree has become a family tradition. We are not thrilled about having a moldy case in our home, but our little ones are also upset due to the cover being damaged. They get excited when they see the Grinch and associate it with a positive experience. The disc does not appear to be damaged, but we have not tried to watch it yet. The packaging that the DVD was delivered in did not appear to have ever been wet. Not sure if this happened before delivery, or in a warehouse, etc. We're bummed we cannot keep the original casing/artwork due to mold. Hopefully the disc will play.

No digital code, definitely used or bootleg
This dvd was advertised as disc %26 digital code. But the one I received is just with a disc. It is definitely not new. The cover art is wrinkly. There are black scuffs on the case, under the plastic wrap, (which is not original). This is either a used DVD that has been re-shrinkwrapped, or more likely, it's a bootleg from China. It very well may play on US dvd players %26 be fine, but I'm not going to open it to find out, just returning it. Buyer beware!
