I got this to keep at grandpa and grandma's. Our grandkids like to play drive-in and store. This was a natural addition to the scenario. I looked at several and read reviews. This was a great choice. They all love it and it's a real bonus that they can practice their math and money skills as well-sneaky grandma! We get real grocery items from the kitchen and have shopping baskets. It's very well-designed. They enjoy the mini white board, ample amount of money it came with, and the cards. Their mom runs a small grocery store but, of course, they aren't allowed to touch the cash register there so they love the opportunity to use this realistic one.

I purchased this Cash Register for my grandson, who's in first grade. He has so much fun ringing up the items I purchase in his pretend store. I've saved boxes of purchased items, that he has priced with sticky price tags purchased at Walmart. We stock a pretend store around the kitchen counter. I then go shopping. My grandson adds my purchases on the register and charges for the purchase. He enjoys the register sound, having fun while learning the value of the $. Soon, we're going to invite friends to shop at his "store". 💯 % recommend, the price is right and the product is very well made.

it's really good for younger children to learn and manage money and how to pay at a cash register when the time is needed it is very handy

Bought for my stepson for Christmas he absolutely loves it he loves playing bank and this way he can actually learn the value of money great toy/ learning tool

I knew this would be a perfect gift for my 4yr old. She loves selling things. She already knows her money values and can handle basic addition and subtraction. She loves this cash register!

my grandson is autistic and has a fascination with numbers hes 6 and already doing grade 6 math .. he loved how he could make out change the machine was very realistic..

The button to trigger the cash drawer to open does not work with any normal pressure on the button. I literally have to pound the button with my thumb several times in order to open. Certainly my grandson cannot hit the button hard enough to open it, so it frustrates him enough he won't play with the cash register at all
