A multivitamin with multiple benefits easy to take and swallow along side eating, the benefits the vitamin offers is just what I need to support a healthy baby! I just warn ahead the capsules are two at a time must take with food their pretty big and they have a not so pleasant smell but most supplements don't have the best of smell but do the job you need done! The benefits outweigh the negatives in the matters! Definitely worth trying

Can't speak on fertility because I just got them about 2 weeks ago, but warning to all that these smell like fish and leave a fishy after taste. I can barely stomach them.
