[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this lactation supplement is a nice choice for moms looking to support their breastfeeding journey. The biggest plus to me is that it is a once daily pill. Some other brands say 2 pills 2-3 times daily, so this is much more manageable. I also appreciate the bottle comes with a 2 month supply, so for the price these are a great buy. The pills don't have a smell so they're really easy to take, and I know and trust this brand and where the ingredients come from. I took these for over a month and didn't necessarily notice a huge increase in my supply, but I think it helped a little and didn't mess with it negatively. Overall if you are looking to help support your milk supply I think this is a great place to start!

I've tried everything I could to increase my supply and nothing really helps me out, these made the slightest difference but not enough to allow me to exclusively breastfeed my baby. You can pop this slim bottle in your diaper bag without it taking up too much space. I'd say that this working will vary from case to case. The price isn't bad, however I personally wouldn't buy again.

You do get quite a bit of pills for the price. I personally didn't notice any increase in milk supply. Maybe for some women, it could work.
