Dr Teal's Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak, Relax & Relief with Eucalyptus & Spearmint, 3 lbs

I work in a chicken plant and am on my feet 9 to 10 hours a day Monday thru Friday, on top of biking (on a bicycle) 25 miles to work and 25 miles home. On the weekend I fill up a steralite container with warm water and add about a quarter bag of the salt to it and soak my feet for about an hour. Any aches or pain from the week disappear. The scent is amazing and strong enough my entire room smells like it. I have been using Dr Teals for years now and have never had an issue with any of their epsom salt. My favorite scents are the relax and relieve (eucalyptus and spearmint) and the glow and radiance (citrus).

I like how it reallly relaxes the muscles and it makes a great soak if you're sore, stressed or in need of a mini home spa. Great for soaking juat feet too. Dissolves well, in warm water, not too hot. The scent smells like real essential oils and not synthetic.

My favorite scent in the entire world is eucalyptus spearmint and this is a PERFECT example of the scent. It's relaxing and soothing. This particular brand has absolutely eliminated my tingly and throbbing feet at the end of the day. I use this product daily. I mix it with the same brand and scented bubble bath and use them together for a relaxing, steamy foot soak every night. I also recommend bath and body works eucalyptus spearmint candle to light up while you enjoy this product and let it do what nature intended! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

i have neuropathy from chemo and diabetes. soaking my feet in warm water with magnesium is helpful. Right after soaking, I have found that putting your feet in very cold water will help the circulation in your feet. it actually takes away the pain for a while. unfortunately there is no cure for neuropathy, however we can try to keep it from getting worse. i hope it helps others!

I have used Dr Teal’s Epsom Salts as a foot soak for over 10 years . This scent has been my go to for most of the years. A few months ago, I discovered Cozy Vanilla and like that one, too. The magnesium soaks into the skin for a magnesium boost. Relax and Relief or Cozy Vanilla are the best scents.

I do not run out of my Dr till's Epsom salts I do the magnesium I do the calm blend, and I do the eucalyptus and spearmint I do the lotions and the oils I love them. I feel so soft when I get out of the bathtub or shower when I'm using the oils and the lotions sometimes I will put these that's the salts in the bottom of my shower so I will get the aromas while I'm showering.

We absolutely love this product. My husband works hard in the oil field and we both have arthritis. This in a bath with warm water and soaking helps with sore muscles and the lot.

I absolutely love the Dr. teals Epsom salt, eucalyptus and spearmint. the scent is amazing. it opens up your sinuses and is just so relaxing. after a long day I just love to put a cup of this in my bath, water and relax. it's really nice if you have a cold. it's also wonderful if you're tired from a long day. the Epsom salt just relaxes you and helps with muscle tension and soreness. I have been using this for several years and will continue to enjoy it

This eucalyptus epsom salt is so relaxing. It relaxes your muscles and it helps bring some relief to my knee pain. I will definitely be stocking up on this!

The granules melt in the water and don’t feel like sandpaper on the bottom of your bathtub! The scent is wonderful and a great way to end your night!!
