Smells awesome and helps recovery from long runs

Good medicine
The Epsom salts soak is very good for joint pains and acid build up or inflammation in the body especially after a few nights of weight lifting each week. I soak in it Thursday nights after gymn for 15 minutes in the tub. Good detox.

Soothing Bathwater
I love the different fragrances that this Epsom salt has being 67 years old bones hurt joints hurt and I treat myself from time to time a nice bubble bath with a cup of Epsom salt and just soak and the pain literally goes away.. I love this stuff

I received a 3 pound bag not a 6 pound bag! I'm not happy about the size. It said it was a 6 pound bag like I had ordered.
