I LOVE this magnesium spray to helps me sleep at night. This is my second bottle I have bought. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for thr whole night but when I use this spray on the bottom of my feet at night I drift off into sleep in less than 10 mins and I stay asleep all night. It's the best I love it. I even gave one to my aunt who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. She loves it too.

This product actually helps my restless legs at night. It also helps soothe general bedtime anxiety. Anytime I have sore muscles, backache etc I spritz this on and it really helps me to relax. I also take a magnesium supplement at night. Goodnight 😴

I really wanted this to work because I'd heard good things about magnesium. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference in my sleep or muscle relaxation after using it consistently. Maybe my body just wasn't impressed. 😂 The fragrance-free formula is nice and the spray bottle is easy to use, but as far as results go, I was still lying in bed negotiating with my thoughts at 2 a.m. It may work for others, but it just wasn't effective for me.
