I LOVE this magnesium spray to helps me sleep at night. This is my second bottle I have bought. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for thr whole night but when I use this spray on the bottom of my feet at night I drift off into sleep in less than 10 mins and I stay asleep all night. It's the best I love it. I even gave one to my aunt who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. She loves it too.

This product is absolutely amazing. It definitely helped soothe my sore muscles and left me feeling extremely relaxed.. I have used it multiple times now and I'm never disappointed. Definitely a must have stable for every household

It's a great product. I prefer to use it on my sore legs after working out(especially on leg days). It feels like it is working. Things you should know, it leaves marks, but nothing super obvious. It is not itchy or anything like that, just salt marks. If you happened to spray it on your clothes, it comes out pretty easily. So no worries here. Do not expect a miracle, but definitely a nice addition or touch to your routine.

I ordered three bottles and one arrived without a cap. It had leaked in the package, but like it wasn't a huge deal but a little annoying. Luckily one of them was not a gift so that's the one I kept for myself.

I will never know how good or bad this product is. It. Seems the. The delivery person likes to deliver to my next-door neighbor. And they never bring it to us. So I have been their unwilling secret Santa.
