I LOVE this magnesium spray to helps me sleep at night. This is my second bottle I have bought. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep for thr whole night but when I use this spray on the bottom of my feet at night I drift off into sleep in less than 10 mins and I stay asleep all night. It's the best I love it. I even gave one to my aunt who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. She loves it too.

Bought this for my husband because of his joint pain. He applies it on at night and feels relief, not extreme but a noticable relief. I would buy this again.

Works immediately ! Had been awakened about 2-3 am with severe cramping in both legs. Sprayed this on and cramps were gone immediately!!!! If you have leg cramps this is a MUST

As an avid hiker, trail runner, and climber, I had my doubts about how well this spray would work. I will typically use a topical cannabinoid cream on my sore areas when I'm at home recovering, but I try to use it sparingly because of the cost. The value proposition of this spray intrigued me, so I decided to put it to the test by hiking 30 miles in two days with a 45lb pack on my back. Upon returning I coated my legs in the spray and WOW. The feeling of muscle relief was almost instant, I felt like I could have done another 10 miles! No sticky/greasy residue, although some moisturizer afterwards is recommended. The sprayer works great and applies a liberal amount with one pump, massaging the liquid into the skin definitely helps with absorption and relief. Love this stuff! I will be keeping a bottle on hand at all times. I could see this being very useful at the tennis/pickleball court for sore calves and knees.

I suffer from chronic back pain and didn't expect this to help but I was pleasantly surprised. Within a few minutes of massaging it in my back pain eases. I have also used it for my calves after having charlie horses and it helps with that as well. Highly recommend!

This is only the second bottle of magnesium spray I've had. The first bottle came from Shein which put me right to sleep after a few sprays. While I feel relaxed after this one, it does not put me to sleep. I honestly believe it's mostly water. For the price I would not recommend.

I really wanted this to work because I'd heard good things about magnesium. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference in my sleep or muscle relaxation after using it consistently. Maybe my body just wasn't impressed. 😂 The fragrance-free formula is nice and the spray bottle is easy to use, but as far as results go, I was still lying in bed negotiating with my thoughts at 2 a.m. It may work for others, but it just wasn't effective for me.

The spray bottle pump came broken, will not spray. Inconvenient %26 Makes for messy application. but the formula is light weight and unscented. However it does leave a light residue for a small while after you rub it onto your feet. Not terrible but notable.
