55 and Still Young, feeling OLD
I rarely find this particular Epsom salt, but when I do, I stock up. I'm 55 and menstrual cramps are so intense that i can't do anything but take several baths.

Only good thing about shark week!
This is my go-to while it's shark week! I love all the mixes from this brand but this one I feel is most soothing when my cramps are killing me. Hot bath water and this is just heavenly. The smell is wonderful, it has a tropical smell to me and is just ahh relaxing when I need it most.

Cramp Killer
I love that it actually alleviates menstrual cramps as you soak. I found that when I lay on my stomach submerged in the bath water my cramps stop hurting faster.

It was worth a try for me
There is something new %26 different about this that I enjoy very much. My menstrual cycles have always been irregular and painful and using this product is a great relief for women like me who suffer from them.

Amazing amazing amazing!!
Oh my gosh, this stuff is such magic. It definitely relieves cramps from your menstrual cycle. It does not cause any type of irritation I just wouldn't recommend sitting in the tub too long in it! It absorbs really well. Also, it dispenses out the bag good I just would be very careful not to pour too much. I usually just keep a cup like a measuring cup inside the bag to scoop out what I need so that I don't pour it from the bag so I'm not using too this definitely works and helps I highly recommend this!

Helped me so much for recovery
This product helped me so much after having a baby and leaving the hospital swollen. I was swollen for weeks and I soaked my feet and body in the epsom salt so many times for relaxation and healing properties. Also it smelled amazing which helped my spirits. It didn't irritate my skin and my body eventually was no longer inflamed. It's great for many reasons.

smells good soothing
it smells good helps with cramps i gave it 4 instead of 5 because it smells perfumey but nonetheless smells nice and its soothing didn't break me out
