Dr Teal's Sleep Body Lotion with Melatonin, Lavender and Chamomile, 24 Hour Moisture, 18 fl oz

While I recommend this product, I suggest purchasing it in-store to ensure the integrity of the packaging, as the nozzle on my unit was defective, necessitating an alternative dispensing method.

I use this lotion every night after my shower. The lotion is thick but not greasy or slimy! I have severely dry skin and this lotion has been a game change. My skin is baby bottom soft except for my heels. (I live in the South and wear flip flops everywhere.)The lotion has a mild lavender fragrance but not over done. I've noticed that I sleep better at night, (I have insomnia and take sleep meds).

My 3 year old son is non verbal and fights every grooming task but one now thanks to this lotion. I got it to try to help our bedtime routine go smoother and help his very dry skin and this lotion is amazing

The biggest positive for me with this lotion is that the lavender scent is a very real lavender scent! It's not overly flowery or perfumed, it's subtle yet just strong enough to be a relaxing scent. Negative: the lotion itself is too thin for me, I like a thicker lotion. It moisturizes “ok” but again, because it's a thinner lotion it's just not quite moisturizing enough to combat this dry winter air.

I use the bodywash and I love it but I think the lotion could maybe have more of the same sent as the bodywash and the sleep balm! I really enjoy the scent yet the lotion doesn't really smell like the body wash or the sleep balm

The lotion peels off as you're rubbing it in, like it's a sloughing lotion! It doesn't soak into the skin at all it seems. Maybe a little? but that peeling is gross. And it has happened many times, so I know it's not me. I always apply after my shower.

it gets crumbly like skin is rubbing off but its the lotion. its just weird when your applying it. i wouldnt purchase it. find a different idea that doesnt rub off like peeling skin. i dont know how to explain it better. i think everyone has experienced lotion doing this so i hope im explaining it well enough

The pump mechanism is impossible to get open. I had to YouTube how to open it but even then I had to get a wrench to hold the part that houses the spring because it was turning with the pump top. I love the lotion but, unless the design of the pump changes, I wouldn't buy it again.

The lotion's smell is overpowering, I don't know if it was the melatonin or what but I experienced adverse effects with this one. At first, I found it was helping me sleep but then one night I used both the lotion and shower gel and had the worst heart palpitations afterwards. I couldn't sleep, needless to say I discontinued use.

I bought the other one and it had no smell after applying so after reading the reviews, I bought this one, because everybody said the smell was really strong but not on your skin It's not , there's no smell once it's applied. You can't smell it at all which means it doesn't work , it's exactly the same as the other one . No smell , I know lavender isn't really the best smell in the world, but this product doesn't smell like anything after you put it on your skin or your body , it smells like absolutely nothing. After you put it on you can't smell it, It is sticky because it has hyaluronic acid in it which removes your dead skin cells. That's the only benefit of this lotion. But i wanted to smell like lavender, these reviews say that they had to wash it off. You don't have to wash it off. It doesn't smell like anything after you put it on.
