Dr. Tung's Smart Floss?, Natural Cardamom, 30 yd (27 m)

My sister is a dental hygienist, and this is the floss she always recommends to everybody. Works extremely well getting the gunk between teeth and gums.

Product arrived just as described – exactly what I needed. Quality is great, strong and smooth floss that doesn't shred. Packaging was neat and delivery was on time. Highly satisfied with the purchase – would buy again!

Surprisingly refreshing and pleasant with the cardamom , the floss is strong and doesn't shred between teeth that are very close together. Feels like it cleans better than regular floss. I'll buy it again.

I've used this floss for only a little while but was trying to replace the Listerine woven floss and this is a close second. I really like the cardamom flavor. It's pricey, so it may be a floss I use only every third day (will use regular floss on the other days) but it has a nice feel. It shreds less than the Listerine did, and feels less sticky when wet.

Love the flavor and how it cleans. It shredded and I got strands stuck in between my teeth in a few spots. Not for close or tight spaced teeth. I found GUM expandable works the best for my teeth.

Like many other people, I've been looking for a substitute for the discontinued Reach floss. Dr. Tung's smart floss is thinner than Reach, so it isn't a perfect substitute, but it's the best one I've found so far. It does the job pretty well, and it doesn't shred. The flavor is subtle and unobjectionable.

Good floss but too expensive

I like this floss and I have used it before. Unfortunately, the packaging was not as pictured. Instead of the plastic dispenser I received a “plastic free“ dispenser i.e. paper. it is flimsy and not at all adequate to the job. If the company wants to reduce the use of plastic, which is fine, they should produce a refillable container and sell refills. I don't like that the nature of the packaging was not disclosed. Showing a photograph of a plastic dispenser was deceptive.

I purchased this because I was looking for an easy glide floss. This did not meet my expectations.

It wasn't anything like the photo. Apparently this company has new packaging which I don't like as it's no longer the same product. I returned it. It's too bad that you can't rely on the photo and get what you want. I wanted what was shown in the photo.
