This item isn't working for me solely because of the caffeine content I believe. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I think 200mg of caffeine must be too much for me. Day 1 of use I had numbness in my hand and dizziness. So perhaps for a higher consumer of caffeine this wouldn't have such an effect on you.
