The vitamins dont have a taste as they have a Gelatin coating. I removed the casing and emptied into water. The taste was similar to a brewed tea taste. i became excessively thirsty about 1 hour after taking the pill that way. Bejng full off liquids curbed me from wanting to eat so i guess that's good. I wouldn't recommend taking this if you are on a water pill or have kidney problems.
