Tiny, easy to swallow and..
The pills are tiny so easy to swallow. Many larger pills are only larger to accommodate the fillers. Fillers that I don't need or want to ingest. These are too tiny to have much filler inside. I also very much like that they are Pharmaceutical Grade. And third party tested

It does remove some inflamation
I bought this product to see if it could reduce the inflammation in my ankles. I saw improvement on the third day. It does not eliminate all of the inflammation. After two weeks it had eliminated about 60%. Nothing short of steroids has done that. I continue to take it daily.

GREAT PRODUCT
I have bought this product before and have been using it for over 20 years. Stopped a few months ago to see if there would be a difference NOT taking it, bingo there was a difference, so Im back on it for my joint pain, Im a runner and need my knees to keep me running, so I would highly recommend this product
