they did not have the small seat model available so they sent me the big seat model at no extra cost to me

Quick Scoot
The toughest part of assembly(10 minutes for total assembly)...was pulling the seat mount out for mounting...all else was done pre delivery...make sure handlebar mount is adjusted for Max tightness,as the clamp used as is,will move with a bit of a push...not safe...only other con...needs Mirrors(at least one) could mount on handlebars at the grips end...these can be found thru motorcycle parts sites.

Mobility freedom.
My only disappointment was the rear basket was not included, and there wasn't an option to buy it separately. I am very happy with this product. I am enjoying my mobility with the multi-Terrain E-Scooter.

My mobility scoot's the real MVP
it makes getting around a breeze. Lightweight design lets me maneuver with ease, and battery lasts all day. A must-have for anyone in need of a mobility boost.

Wrong
I ordered gold and after a very lengthy delayed delivery they decided to send me red instead. I'm in a wheelchair, how the heck can I send this back to get what I paid for and can't get it all the way out of the box to see if it even works. Never again
