It is a whole lot better than Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 - faster and more accurate. Wish the price was not so expensive but overall a great product!

Have been working to make it recognize my voice. You can have multiple users on the software, it does recognize your voice after you 'train' it with the suggested entries so that it hears your voice and can determine what you are saying. It does hear and respond to commands well. I am going to try using my recorder and see how it transcribes -- I have not done that yet. Had to enter the sample voice information so it could hear and recognize me first. So far the software works well, and I think it will be very useful for me in the future.

I am very dis-pointed with this product. The operating manual is not helpful at all. Also, there is no 800 number to call for questions that can't be answered in manual. I want to upgrade to the wireless Bluetooth microphone, but there is no information all as to how it works. It does not explain how to set up e-mails, or had a transmit them or what commands you need to do. None of this is covered in the manual. So if you're contemplating on purchase of this high ticket item you might want to consider that there's more to it then explains.
