Dragway Tools 2 Ton Cross Beam Adapter for Floor Jacks Engine Hoist Shop Crane

I saw this type system in Seattle, Wa. and couldn't wait to get home to buy my own. I purchased two. They are great for lifting my Corvette in the front and rear and giving me the room I need to service the undercarriage area, brakes, etc., with the car totally in the air. There's two problems you should be cautious of when purchasing this system. First, the safety chains are junk. Mine broke taking them out of the box. Get an aftermarket set up. Second, and, this is the most important, (as I have found out), all the new jacks are being made with ""cups"" which can't be easily removed from the jack. And, when you do remove them, (with an allen wrench), the hole is too small to fit the ""male"" base of the cross member. As it is, I can't find a jack which will allow for the insertion of the cross members base. Regarding price, I found one vendor with a price a buck cheaper, (so what), however, I found several vendors with prices more than a $100 more, (per cross member).

The pin did not fit my floor jack. It was not the size stated in the description. Had to return. If not for that I think it would have worked fine.
