Very disappointed in how I was treated
First I'd like to say that dragy is awesome I love them and I have purchased several from different places. 1320video was the place I ordered from after this purchase. I ordered from Walmart because they were 20 to 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere else but when I received the package it was empty. Empty box with all the right packaging like if I order it from any other place but the dragy wasn't in the box. I made a return with a complete explanation and sent it back and I was refunded. I placed another order from 1320 video and I got my dragy. Few days later my card was charged again for the dragy from Walmart. I've talked to customer support 4 times and received a email from the shipper saying that if i didn't return the item I wasn't getting a refund. Walmart has refused to help and shipper will not respond to my email anymore. Very disappointed. Anyone that reads this review by all means get a dragy they are great. Don't trust that Walmart will help you with anything
