Drain Cleaner Accessories - k750 drum asm w/5/8 pigt

I am so happy to get this equipment I use it all it all time to clean my wetland gravity drain line from the wetland to the irrigation tank and all sewer lines

I've used the K750 drum machine for several years, and it always gets the job done. It's a big, heavy machine, and moving it in and out of the truck can be a hassle, but when you're dealing with large blockages and don't have a hydrojetter, this is a solid option. The auto-feed feature is a great addition and makes operation much easier. The K750 has never let me down and has always functioned properly, even under tough conditions. You really can't go wrong with this snake if you need a reliable machine for heavy-duty blockages.

Been operating one of these for years. I work for a school district and deal with alot of plugged lines, from normal use to kids flushing gym towels among other things. This machine has lots of power and torque to get through tough plugs. I highly recommend the K7500, its a great machine. I rated ease of use good, because the machine is heavy and is difficult for one man to load into a vehicle.

Compares to a lot of drain machines we have used, this machine can handle the 3/4 cable by 100 feet easily, cable runs smoothly through the auto feed & retracts with ease, the guys love it! After the initial set up I would check the drum & connections after a few jobs as the drum did get loose from the rear bolt. Overall a good purchase

I could not depend on plumber to show up, even after many calls to him, to clean our clogged sewer lines. Got fed up with this so I purchased my own machine and love it! Save lots of $ over time and don't have to beg the plumber to do his job! Other macines on market but I wanted the best so I chose Ridgid!

easy to setup ,although heavy to unload stair climber is definitely an asset, leader and bits are easy to replace and remove, feeding the cable in pipe is easy and you can feel the obstruction of roots and once met motor slows down and more torque is applied and out comes the obstruction which in this case was roots

Over all the k750 is great the only thing I would change is the wheel stops. It is very annoying to have to lift one side at a time to get the wheel stops down. Should be a a bar going all the way across so you can lift up and kick the stops into position.

I have been purchasing Ridgid plumbing tools and recently power tools for over 40 years. I have Ridgid Pipe Threaders, Groovers, Pipe Cutters, Pipe Wrenches and even Shop Vacuums and Power Tools. Without a doubt, they are the best tools in the industry and I have never been dissapointed with any purchase. This is the first Ridgid product that I was dissapointed with. The Drum is out of round, bounces up and down causing it to vibrate excessivly and gouge against the belt guard cutting a grouge in the poly drum. I am sure this is an odd case and since I just received it I have not had the opertunity to call Ridgid to see how to get this corrected.

I have 3 K-7500s and all of them have broken frames. The rectangular uni frame on the back is made of very thin steel and if you transport the unit on its back with the stair rollers in the up position as loading rollers, or if you accidentally tip the unit on its back with the stair rollers up the frame where the rollers attach will break or rip , I also have another unit where the drum, drum bolt and drum mounting all ripped completely out of the rectangular uni frame. I have replaced 2 of the frames but the same thing happens to every one of them. They could have fixed this a long time ago by by using a heavier gauge steel on the rectangular uni frame, but apparently they're to cheap to re engineer it. also another thing that wears out to fast is the Autofeed unit. Its nice light weight aluminum but it wears out fast and requires complete replacement of the unit .

I bought this snake about a month ago and the cable has broke after the 2nd use! I thought buying this snake would fix the reliability issues I was having with other commercial augers but turns out it's no better. Luckily the cable broke off in the drum and not the homeowners sewer or I would've been in a huge mess!
