Sensational Fish Mix
Happened to order lake perch at a restaurant that was so good I asked the waiter what kind of batter they used and was told Drake's. Ordered it online along with some lake perch. The batter is light, easy, and not overwhelming where it overcomes the taste of the fish. It enhances the taste of the fish. Now I'm hooked!

Drakes Mix
One of the best coatings I've tried. Whether dry or used as beer batter(preferred). It's versatile, good as is......or I can add any spices I want to change it........

Delicious and easy to use
It's kind of expensive, but it was highly recommended to use for halibut we caught in Alaska. We made the batter with beer instead of water and it worked great!

I love Drake's Frymix!!
As far as I am concerned, this is the best stuff out there! I used to use it in restaurants in one of the northern states. It is perfect for fish, onion rings, and chicken. All you do is add some water, so it's easy to use. I just love this stuff!

The "shipping charges" are a joke.
