Great quality of sound. Easy to operate. Good sound sensitivity. Portable. Good for babies, toddlers and elderly who need assistance but want to be independent as possible. Great for out by the pool for older kids.

I really liked it but I bought it because my husband was dying and I had to listen for him, but he passed before I could use it.

i don't like that u can't tell when its charged but i like it otherwise

I got it so that I could hear my elderly mother at night when she gets up throughout the night so that I can help her. Unfortunately for me, she is too quiet and it didn't help me for my situation. I am sure if I had a child, it would be great!

Operating instructions could be more clear. This item is used to monitor washer/dryer status in a remote laundry room, not to monitor a baby. Sound only unit (sound is all we needed). So far the unit has worked well. No complaints.

I love the fact that when on L05 (volume all the way up) the monitor only picks up when you get louder than the background noise. (I am disabled and use this to call for my caregiver) They can here me without having to listen to my TV all the time.

I wanted a simple monitor for our grandchildren when they visit pretty regularly. The product never worked. The only way to contact this company is through email, which I did. In the email I pointed out the six issues that we couldn't figure out and I asked them to call me. Three days later I received a reply with susuggestions on how to fix it though, we'd already tried those options, and of course, they didn't call. This company has no customer service number and no videos, which is why I'd asked them to call me. It being returned.
