Beautiful Piece, arrived early, easy to assemble, and just looks good

There was about a 6" piece on the solid part that was not painted. I had to paint match at Sherwin Williams. Took a small amount of paint and it was easier than sending it back. BTW...cost me $26. for a quart of paint. I do love the bed though, it is beautiful!!

Head board was cracked and to return it, it will take up to 5 weeks for refund. Insane

Item delayed in shipment and still hasn't arrived. Ordered a replacement but the delivery window is very long.

I already have the Kailyn crib for my 3.5 year old so I wanted her sister to have a matching crib. The first crib came with a huge crack on the front of the headboard, I returned the package and ordered another crib. As soon as I went to open the second box, I could tell by the way it was taped up that this had been returned by someone else already, I went ahead and opened the box to check and this one also had a crack on the front of the headboard and divets/dings on parts of the crib. Very disappointing that they would accept a return (I'm sure that person reported it as damaged already) and just ship it back out to someone else.

This crib is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We have had it for a few months and finally opened to put it together and it smells horrific! The smell is so overwhelming and concerning to use for a baby! I am so disappointed and at a loss of what to do.

Dream on me Kaylin baby crib. we received it box was tattered, and torn, all taped up. The crib is cracked, scratches nicks. not fitting properly. It was not handled with care! Very upseting to pay $269.00 and we get a mess!

Materials smell offensive. Cute design but cheap construction and don't feel comfortable letting my baby sleep in the crib. Wiped it down with damp rag severa times but the smell persists after a week out.
