This mattress was way better than I thought it would be. I purchased it for my guest room and everyone sleeps like a baby on it .The 2 pillows were a nice surprise and great upgrade,

Shipping was fast. The mattress was folded 3 different ways in the box which made it difficult for it to open itself up to its full size. Not happy with the shape of mattress . The pillows that came with the mattress did not expand to their right size either. They are about 1 inch thick and flat. Pillows are not able to be used. This mattress was on sale and I am thinking it was on sale because it has been laying around in the box for a long while and it needed to be sold. That would explain why nothing expanded to its right size. I rated 3 stars because of the quality. I was very generous with my rating.

It delivered on time and comfortable medium firm but it is not 10 inch.Definitely it is 8 inch.Unfortunately I can’t return because it doesn’t fit my car!

The mattress itself is very comfortable, but every morning when I get out of bed, it has slid almost a foot down off the boxspring. I have no idea how to stop it from doing that.

I should have known with Walmart and shipping. The box came cut with tape on it. When I took the mattress out the plastic was cut. There is a small hole In the mattress. But at least I got this order

I purchased this mattress and it was supposed to come with 2 queen size memory foam pillows. The package the mattress came in has blue stickers over the part where it says the pillows should be in the box. I have contacted customer service and am hoping to get a refund or them to send me the pillows as it reads in the description.

The mattress was supposed to be 10" thick, but despite it being out of the plastic for over 4 days, it is not even close. It's 8". One corner is also curved upwards and will not go down. I also cant get a refund, because I have no way to get it back to the store.

This third party seller (Sinomax USA) shipped a 2.5 year old mattress that has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere all this time. Mattress came deformed, defective, unusable. Sinomax did not respond to email, their phone does not work, nor did they respond to Walmart customer service. Return has been a nightmare due to the defective mattress not fitting back into a box after expanding. Walmart Customer Service has been exceptional in trying to resolve this issue. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM NOR ANYTHING from Sinomax USA unless you enjoy a major headache. Rarely write reviews but felt it important to let customers know our experience. Thank you

I ordered my bed frame and mattress on 6/20 and i was told it would arrive 6/26. My daughters mattress was “delayed” and now canceled, yet they still haven't refunded me. %26 my daughters bed frame hasn't even moved the facility and it is now 6/27. I called and they cant give me hardly any answers besides “ITS ON BACK ORDER” ?! Why let someone place an item, give them a delivery date and can't even supply the item?! I'm so frustrated. I just go to check and now my daughter's bed frame says “delayed” as well. I need answers ASAP !
