These really do stay put nicely, but if you're being active and have to adjust or pull it up you'll need some privacy. It's also not great under leggings (your leggings against the undergarment is slick and makes your leggings drag).

If you have to keep up with a weight-loss FPF (fanny pack fupa), this will help keep it in place enough to keep the jeans from chaffing the tummy. If you know, you know. Not as firm as I'd like it to be. So I'm going to buy a smaller size next time and see how that works. Not showing the product but here it is under biker shorts and a tank top pretty smooth.

This item does not support/cover the upper back area evident by it rolling down. The butt portion does not stay in place it moves into the center part of the butt fitting like a thong. I am very dissatisfied.

Doesn't fit like you would want. Rolls down a lot and makes you look like you have a muffin top on your back. I do not recommend

Do not buy. This product does nothing it says. Returning.

I will be taking this item back. It is not true to size. I didn't try it in just looking at it I can tell it's half the size it should be.
