Instructions were easy to understand. I like the color background provided after getting a temperature, green for good, yellow for suspect, and red for high temperature. Very easy to operate. Fits very comfortably in my hand.

This thermometer is so easy to use and is convenient. There are so many scares when having a newborn, so it's nice to be able to quickly check their temperature. I also really like how the thermometer can store the last 10 temperatures in memory. I also like the surrounding and object temperature setting so I can prove to my wife it's not as cold as she thinks it is!!!!

Batteries came in the package - that made me super happy cause I could use it right away. This thermometer is really easy to use, instant results, and especially ACCURATE. The screen will light up in green, yellow, or red so you can show your kid when its green so they understand. It also has a 1 minute shutoff feature which is great, so you don't have to worry about the battery dying out on you all the time.

After inserting the batteries, which are included, you set the time, date and year. After that, it was ready to use immediately. You push the on/off button, then start and you are ready to aim this at your child's forehead to take their temperature. This is so much easier than using the old school thermometers to go in the mouth, underarms or otherwise. I wish I had gotten one sooner!

It has a 3-color light display to help make it easier to know if your temperature falls within a certain range. Can also recall the last 10 readings. Very easy to use and I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer is super easy to use which I like. However, it is not very accurate and not as accurate as thermometers that measure the internal body temperature. Still good if you want a quick way to get an idea of the body temp.
