Unlike other brands I've tried, it seems to be more durable with my 9 month old baby! Safe for him to play with as he pleases. It's very versatile, as it can be moved from bedroom to bath. There are buttons to change from cellcius to Fahrenheit, and for the on off switch. Others I've had only switched on in the water and we're not accurate. Over all really love this product. So thankful to influenster for allowing us to try it!

The plastic quality is top-notch — very soft and gentle. An amazing, must-have item in every home. I highly recommend it to all moms and dads! I feel like the thermometer is accurate. I like how it tells me when it is safe/not safe to put my babe in the tub. This is something I would purchase for others for their babies as well!

The concept of the red color for too hot, the blue color for too cold, and the green color for just right is a great idea, except for that the actual "just right" temperature range for a baby bath is 98.6 F to 100.4 F. The thermometer doesn't turn blue or red until well below or well above this range, respectively. So you really just have to memorize the appropriate temperature range and ignore the colors, which defeats the purpose.. In retrospect, I wish I would have just gotten a bath thermometer that indicated the temp without lighting up.
