nice calming effect
i gave this blanket to a friend who suffers from severe anxiety and it seems to be helping him.

Really love this blanket
The fleece cover is really soft and cozy. The blanket is very heavy, in a good way. Not too heavy when it is on me but warning! It is hard to get up after you are under this blanket! Love it so much. I feel so spoiled.

Perfect weight. I also like the exchangeable covers that make washing it easier.

VERY happy with this purchase
This is the first weighted blanket I've ever owned and it lives up to the hype. I suffer from anxiety and this really does calm me. That would be enough of a sell for me, but it's also soft, warm and doesn't make me sweat! If you're on the fence, you should buy it. It's seriously a no-brainer.
