I have neck problems so I am pretty picky on my pillow. When I tested this out, I fully expected to wake up in pain, but was pleasantly surprised! It truly is medium firm, so has a bit of give but also a bit of support, so you don't squish all the way down through the pillow but it also doesn't feel like you're laying on a rock. May it last through a lot more sleeps!
I've had some problems with pain in my neck and I'm a side sleeper. Getting a good pillow can get tricky. I tried the DreamLab Personal Comfort, Medium/Firm Support Set of 2 Sleep Pillows for Back or Side Sleepers in the Standard/Queen size. After using them for a week, I think I can give an informed review. They come compressed and as soon as I released the pillows, they puffed up right away. I let them lay out overnight to let them relax and puff up completely before the first use. There was a slight smell right after I opened them, but it was gone within a few minutes. First thing I noticed is how very light weight and “scrunchable” they are. I was able to scrunch the lower part of the pillow to place in the “crook” of my neck so my head stays level. This worked out really well, although I'd like them to be a little firmer. If you are a side sleeper, I think they have these pillows in the firm support option for side sleeping only. I probably should have chosen that option. This is the medium/firm option for side and back sleepers. These pillows are so fluffy, soft, scrunchable, and they are washable. I really do think these are great for people who sleep on their side and back. If you sleep exclusively on your side, I'd recommend the firm support option.
I actually really like these pillows. They are king sized so they fit nicely on my king size bed. They do not have a nasty chemical smell like other pillows. I wasn’t sure how I would like because they are more flat than the pillow I am used to. I am a side sleeper mostly and tummy sleeper so these work nice for me.
These are great pillows. The face and back are 100% polyester as is the fill. They're machine washable. I relax as soon as my head hits one. I have the medium-firm and they do compress more than my last set of another brand. It's like being held softly and snuggly in place. Since I'm mostly a side sleeper and I'm used to a slightly thicker (when compressed) / firmer pillow, I'll opt for the super-firm next time. But I have to say that I don't think it will take long to get used to these. I'm very happy with them!
The DreamLab pillow set are comfortable and soft. The pillows lay pretty flat and don’t have a ton of stuffing but if you double the pillows, they are quite nice. I’m a side sleeper and found that I liked doubling the pillows. The pillows don’t provide a lot of support individually. I did like that the pillows are machine washable, which is great for ease of care. Overall the pillows were very nice, although not very supportive.
Love this pillow !!!! It's been what I've needed forever . I'm a back and side sleeper so this pillow is awesome I think I would've given it 5 stars if it would've came with a pillow case . I now need to find one . It comes with two in a box and my husband uses that one . He likes it as well . That's the only pillow we use now !!
No frills. No zipper, so there's no way to rearrange the uneven stuffing inside. Came vacuum packed which is nice but a day after they inflated/fluffed there were still uneven areas in the filling and a bit lumpy. Not really supportive alone, maybe use the two stacked or with another pillow. I really wanted to love them but after two weeks of use I'm not getting the best of what I thought I'd get.
I was excited to try these pillows. As someone who is always waking up with a sore neck, I am always on the search for a good pillow. These pillows come 2 in a box and are tightly rolled up in plastic, I thought maybe they would fluff up after opening but they honestly didn't expand much. These pillows didn't blow me away. They seem very basic, somewhat flat and don't offer a lot of support. They are ok at best.
Ugh. These pillows aren't very nice. They're very thin and very soft...not firm at all. Your head will basically be on the mattress. I guess if you use both at the same time, one on top of the other they wouldn't be too bad, but your head is going to sink way down into the pillows.
DreamLab Personal Comfort , medium Firm Support Sleep Pillows are not pillows. They may look like pillows but they are more like pillow cases. I laid my head on both of the pillows and my head went down to the bed. There was NO support at all for my head. When I opened the box I thought that they would be nice and thick and I was disappointed. I ended up putting both pillows together in a pillow case to actually get a decent pillow. I don't know how long that will last. The only bright spot is that I liked the feel of the actual pillow. I don't recommend these.
