I am absolutely delighted with my new sleeve. A doctor ordered one for me (after I gave her the product info) but what I received wasn't right. From now on, I'll order from you directly

I was very disappointed to learn that this year's “long” Juzo arm sleeve is actually 3 inches shorter than the one I ordered last year. I have long arms and am not sure this will work for me, so I may be looking for another brand- what a shame!

Wrong size
I order several sleeves and recently 3 more. I choose long so my shoulder doesn't swell but they sent 3 regulars. Not helpful.

Silicone Band separated from sleeve first day I wore it
I have been wearing Juzo sleeves for 23 years. I just ordered 2 new sleeves and today I wore one of the new sleeves. The silicone band pulled away from sleeve where tag is located. I've always had great luck with Juzo and I am so disappointed.
