I've only had this for 2 days, but I really like it so far. I used it hot on my lower back when I was having some pain, and the warmth felt really soothing and comfortable. The large size is great because it covers a good portion of my lower back instead of having to constantly move a smaller heating pad around. I also really like how flexible it is. It bends and conforms to my body pretty easily, and the included straps help keep it in place. It's nice having something that can be used both hot and cold, too. I haven't had it long enough to comment on how well it holds up over time, but based on my first use, I'm very happy with it. It felt great on my lower back and I'm definitely looking forward to using it again.

This is a very unique pad. It was very easy to prepare. We froze it and then took it out to see how long it stayed cold. A total of 4hrs. You MUST put it on a towel and not directly on you because the condensation is abundant and will soak through your clothes. I prefer to use it from the refrigerator and not freezer. First of all because it is more pliable and secondly because there is no condensation. I got a deal on this pad but can easily see paying full price for a second. It's a great size and the versatility is a game changer.

Really great size! I seem to be hot all of the time so this will be great for me just to lay on or cover with. It is shipped in a really tiny package but is the size in the photos. Easy to prep.

The ice pack arrived quickly and I was a bit shocked at it when I saw such a small envelope it arrived in. It's a diy ice pack, it's paper thin when I took it out of the envelope, you will need to dunk it in water for about 5-10 minutes first, it soaks up the water and plumps it up, it's like a gell type material inside each spot, After I soaked it I put it into my freezer for 3 hours, it does freeze well. It does feel nice on my back for my aches and pain, the freeze lasted about 30 minutes before it needs to go back into the freezer. It's a very large size and completely covered my entire back, the enclosed 2 straps have very good Velcro attached to them. The straps were a bit hard to work. Overall I felt it's a good large size and did stay frozen for 30 minutes use.

This wearable back-covering ice pack has worked well for my son's football aches and pains. One thing to note is that it's a bit of a hassle to soak it each time before freezing, but it does seem to freeze faster than traditional ice packs. It stays cold for a decent amount of time and provides good coverage. The biggest tip I can give is to make sure you're actually soaking it and not just getting it wet. That makes a big difference in how well it performs. My son likes the size and finds it comfortable to wear on various body parts, which makes it easy to use after practices and games. Overall, a solid product with good cooling performance, despite the extra prep step

It is a little thin, so it doesn't maintain cold temperature for a long time. On the other hand, the thinness makes it easy to wrap around arms or legs. The size of the pad is bigger than most others, which is good for covering large areas.
