I purchased this for my son. I found it very well made and sturdy, unlike the exclusive set of smaller dragon/rider figures a competing retailer has. It was well worth the cost of purchasing the single dragon/rider sets for their durability as we have had no issues with wings falling off or the legs coming off the figures. One caveat, these are on the large size and do take up a bit of storage space.

My kids adore how to train your dragon. I'm so thankful the new movie came out so they could get the toys! The toys are well made and durable. Astrid is easy to pose once you figure out how to set the legs. The legs do come off but they pop right back on.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. I have caught him sitting with his dragon watching the dragon riders.

Cool Toothless, Not So Cool Hiccup
Bought this today for granddaughter. Hiccup didn't even make it out of the packaging before his leg fell off. Granddaughter loves Toothless though.

Missing one leg!!!!!!!!!!
My Granddaughter opened this up and discovered the Astrid doll only had ONE LEG!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( What a disappointment for her and myself :( :( :(

Disappointed
I have now bought 2 of these toys. I bought the first and hiccups leg fell off as soon as I got him out of the box. So we bought another thinking we may have too rough getting him out. Nope the 2nd one is broken too. Hiccup can't ride on toothless because of the leg falling off. This toy is not cheap and is a complete ripoff... toothless is well made. We also bought atrid and the same thing happened to her leg . Don't waste your money

Character broke before unwrapped
The character broken before I even unpacked it, his legs just fell off and they won't stay on. Really disappointing.

Bad design, legs fall off
Did not even get Hiccup figure out of the package and his legs fell off. The way the leg fits on the ball joint is loose and the legs will not stay on. My daughter was looking forward to this toy and is now quite disappointed.
