My very old Dremel cutting tool had seen better days, especially after a worker stripped out the hex bolt holding the blade so, instead of trying to wrench it off, I decided to get a new one. On my search online, the Walmart version of what I wanted came up $20 less than anywhere else so I clicked, read up on it, and make the purchase.
What I wasn't aware of until it arrived was that it was a repackaged tool. That's fine, it explains the $20 discount, but it was not made apparent in the listing. Two boxes in the package were empty so I have no clue what might be missing, and the outer brand box was a little worn, but fortunately everything looked sound enough to try the tool to ensure it was working. All's well, the power level was okay, only slightly less than my previous tool, the screw-in control bar worked well, the add-on guide helped in straight cuts with a close enough edge to set it onto, and the blades were all new and in good condition.
I gave it only 4 stars since it wasn't made obvious that it was a repackaged product.
