Had a bit of an issue with Delivery, completely on UPS part but they Did fix it 👏 The Product itself is Great, Its so quiet i just set the timer an forget. my favorite part is definitely how quick it works to clean the air and the lights ✨️👌 Definitely recommend. btw if you hit the lights button again after you land on a certain color, itll stay that color til you change it again, even after it shuts off. I love this product. was Not hard to figure out or put together you just open the bottom and take the bag off the filter, make sure you place it back in there good and plug it in, hit the power button. Youre done.

Love this little machine! Acts as a fan while cleaning the air. I notified a difference in 3 hrs! It's not as quiet as a mouse but I actually find it to be like that of a white noise so it helps me sleep. But if using on night mode during sleeping hrs it's barely noticeable. Such a great deal. The only thing is I wish it came w a remote or app.

This air purifier has helped tremendously. I live in the dry AZ desert and my older air conditioning unit blows fine white dust throughout, even inside closed cabinets. It has only been a week and already can tell the difference. My throat, eyes and nose are not so dry and irritated. I can breathe! I dread being trapped indoors during these hot summer months. Glad I bought this air filter. It has nice features, colored lights and aroma. This is my third Dreo product. Good brand!

Bottom ventilation piece is very cheap and flimsy plastic; you have to hold it just right to allow the bottom cap to screw back on. The buttons on this are very loud, similar to that of a microwave. The other air purifier I own has silent buttons and is more sturdy.

Bulky and way too loud. I can hear it through closed doors, over the tv on the other side of the apartment. The cons out way any good it's doing. And I haven't seen a difference with dust and pollen.

does not remove cigerette smoke what so ever. dude next door is a chain smoker. this thing does zero towards removing the smoke from my place. i have 2 other brands and they are not removing it either. it is also noisy. even the low settings. kind of disappointed considering i have their humidifiers and they are super quiet.

Drew no longer sells replacement filters for this air purifier. They do not even sell this model purifier anymore. Thanks Walmart for selling out of date products that you can't buy parts for anymore

First off it says it has a Warranty. Then it includes a card for an extra 30 Months!! The problem is the Make and Model are nowhere to be found in your Product drop-down list. I emailed you regarding this and you sent me a list of things I'm doing wrong -- No, read your reviews from others. This is 100% intentional on your companies part. Rather than deal with this I'll just return the product.

Cannot find replacement filters anywhere.Not even at dreo. probably because this model is not even being made anymore. Which makes me very angry that it was sold to me to begin with. Knowing it needs to be having filters, replaced all the time

it says it was delivered and after 2 days it still was not found i went on to get a refund and they refused to honor the policy, now i am out the money and had to get it somewhere else. it was what we needed for my grandson and his allergies but never got here, if they don't show this review, it is because they don't want anyone to know they would not honor what they say what a disappointment
