its okay
one layer is long and the other 2 are short. even at 3 layers its very sheer. need to where shorts or pants under the tutu.

Good for dress up, not petticoat
Too long for little girls to wear under a dress for a petticoat. Misshaped due to packaging. If wearing for dress up they are fine and a good value for what you get. You can likely reshape them with a steamer but I returned mine because they didn't work for what I needed.
