I don't understand why this spice is so hard to find. I must have checked ten different stores and the internet for it. Someone told me Walmart had it on their website. I use this spice on roasts, soups, stews and more.

I really love this product in flakes because so many dishes I make could use a touch of celery but buying one small stalk of celery is not possible and if I buy an entire stalk of celery, it goes to waste because I can't eat that much celery. So, the flakes are perfect. I can measure it out by a tablespoonful to add it to my sauces, soups, or anything that would benefit from a touch of celery. They store easily in a cupboard and ready for use along with your black pepper and garlic. This size will last me for a long time too.

Biggest ripoff in WalMart history - 1oz is $13.95. It took a month to get it, then when it finally arrived, the bottle is half full! Probably enough to make chicken and noodles twice - at $7 a use, that is unacceptable - DO NOT BUY!!

I found it tough even after soaking and it doesn't smell like celery. I wish I would have ordered the powder instead.

I waited over a week for it to arrive. When it did get here the container was only half full. Very disappointing!
