These are totally awesome!! We mainly use them in mashed potatoes, but we add them to a lot of other foods, as well. I found some a bit cheaper, from another supplier, by another brand, but they are ground and look more like Italian Spice rather than Chives and don't taste nearly as good. Don't bee fooled by others! Its Delish Chives not only taste great but you can tell they are Chives by their hallow tubular shape. Live and learn. We have bought other foods from Its Delish and we have never been disappointed with them. When these chives are gone, we're going back to Its Delish!

4 oz of Chopped Chives- smells great. Packaged well. Just the amount I needed:) *for those that have are time visualizing 4oz chopped chives -The amount fits in 1 %26 1/2 quart canning jars.

These are the best dried chives I have ever purchased...! They smell wonderful!!

I'm not sure if I would recommend it or not it's a good price considering how ridiculously priced chives are but they took a long time to get here a very long time and I did notice that some of them were already crumbling into Oblivion so perhaps they were older than they should have been

This doesn't seem to be chives. More like scallions. Very large bits. Not small bits like chives should be.

Chives are very big and taste more like a spring onion than chive.

At least half of the conents of the 4oz bag was dried green onions. I ordered a 4oz bag, of what was supposed to be dried chives, that is what the description describes. Green onions are NOT chives and they have a very undesirable taste and texture. I will definitely not be ordering these ever again!
