Dried Guajillo Chile, 12 oz Package

I needed this product for my schoolwork I am a culinary arts student and cook a lot so this came in handy

I know they say it's dried, but they feel really fresh. They look very good and taste very good in my cooking.

they were good but without you carrying chili de arbol or ancho I still had to go to another store

These peppers rehydrated nicely and added great flavor to my pazole.

The peppers tasted great and had a great texture. A little expensive, but it is what it is. The only thing I did not like was that almost half of the peppers had mold in the middle. I was cleaning and de-seeding them, and so many of them had white/black mold in the middle and had a smell to them.

These are not mild, I doubt they're Guajillo peppers. They're so hot, they're fire. Buy If you want hot as jalapeño, more like Chipotle, no not even Chipotle are this hot ♨️. Also there is no sweet flavor. I bought these a year ago and the peppers were large, dark red, mild, with a very good and sweet flavor. So this time it's mislabeled, the peppers are small, light red, not sweet, and super hot. Not much flavor. Only buy the large, dark red ones if you want Guajillo.

I bought the big bag of guajillo chiles and they were small in size and very spicy. I have bought guajillos before and they are long and not spicy, I think they put the wrong name on the bag.
