I make up prepackaged mixes of dried foods that only require simmering with water to provide a hardy warm meal while on deployment with search and rescue in the field.

I was anxious to start using my potato dices since there is so many possibilities of using this great product!

did not order this...it was ordered some how and then I see what I was charged bout fell my bed..

Just received my 2-pound bag of diced potatoes. Directions for rehydration - ratio of liquid to potatoes - would be really helpful. I need to know how much liquid my soup will disappear due to rehydration of the potatoes. Even if the information was included on this page, it would help. It would also be nice to have a tab with recipes using your products like the diced potatoes. I really want to give 5 stars, but since this is my first purchase, my ignorance is not helped by the lack of directions.

Not like any potatoes I have ever had. Tried many different recipes and methods to rehydrate the product for consumption. Always hard and lack flavor. Then I come to this website and learn it's celery based on the description. Gross. Don't waste your money!
