Without health there is no wealth
I am a proponent of Vitamin C and getting it from Nature. I eat fresh red bell peppers (and the others) every day as they are a healthy, dietary source of Vitamin C. I use dried red bell peppers (the highest Vitamin C content is in the red bell pepper) in soups, stews, dips, vegetable dishes as a thickener, for color, and obviously, for the nutritional benefit.
