Dritz Foldable Superboard, Laminated Cutting Surface

I have a large plastic cutting mat and rotary cutter, which I sometimes use. As a personal preference, I like to have this cutting board on my 4' x 6' cutting table to provide a surface to work on. The table itself is wood covered with natural colored thick twill. Fabric doesn't stick to this, and it has vertical and horizontal inches marked off, for cutting panels, etc., for home dec projects. It is made of cardboard and prone to stains, etc. I think the price is steep, given that is JUST a piece of cardboard with markings, and the markings have not changed in decades. But nothing else does what it does. Oh, this thing wants me to mention the color. The background is white. Oh, rotary cutters are not the best idea for every fabric, either.

I looked in Walmart stores %26 other stores as well. Walmart on line was the only place I found this size %26 type cutting board. This cutting board is perfect for all my sewing projects, I would not have any other size %26 kind! I have had the same cutting board for years and needed another one. Thank you Walmart for having this cutting board on line to purchase.

I have used this once so far to trace off pattern pieces from your standard pattern tissue sheets and it worked great. I have a smallish condo with no available dining room or other table to lay it all out on. With this Dritz tool I can use my bed or what I actually did was put the Dritz board on top of a dresser. I've been doing this for a while but with 71 year old eyes it is lots easier to see the correct size lines to trace against a white background and not a dark wood one. Looks to be very durable which as I am making around 14 garments a year for my grandchild is important. That it also folds up and doesn't take much room up is good too.

I like the marking guide to help measure and cut more accurately. Durability is good the flexicality of the board is great! Bigger size than my previous one.

The item was great. It was part of a sewing package I gave my Granddaughter as a gift. My only complaint was when it arrived it was not in a box or covered. MAKING IT NOT A SURPRISE FOR THE DAY ALL THE GIFTS WERE OPENED. 😥😥😥

This cutting board is such a great find! I needed a big, flat surface on which to do some quilting. Comes with some other very useful ideas, too. Thanks for carrying this, Walmart!

Serves its purpose, HOWEVER, it's a glorified piece of cardboard. There's no evidence of it being laminated. It's very flimsy and too light weight, as it moves around a lot. If you just need to square things up, it works for that. If you're looking for durability and a steady place to work on fabric, this is not the answer. Too pricy for the product received.

I gave all one stars first of all it says that it is laminated it is not. Laminated means. covered with a thin, protective plastic layer for durability and gloss. It does not have that it's a large piece of cardboard with numbers printed on it to measure fabrics. I guess I'm just confused as to why the company would say that it's eliminated. It is not laminated not unless the definition means something else.

what I didn't like about the product was that it was advertised as a laminated cutting surface but it wasn't laminated at all and was just a cardboard cutout.. not at all what it was supposed to be.

This cutting board is really CHEAP cardboard, already crumpled and pulling apart at the folds on arrival. It isn't worth half the price. It is advertised as measuring 39 3/4" by 71 3/4" but it really only measures 36" by 68" if you read the measurements as marked on the board. It's also advertised as laminated but you'll have to stretch your imagination to see it. I will not be purchasing this board again, nor do I recommend it.
