This carrying case works great for storing my Nintendo 3DS XL in it. It also says it fits a PlayStation Vita as well. So if you have either device this will work for you. My 3DS XL fits perfectly in it and also has a mesh pouch for accessories. I store my games for the DS in the pouch and it works perfect for storing those. This is an excellent case for storing or transporting your game system in it. It has a durable water resistant exterior & the interior of the case has memory foam padding. So your gaming device is extra protected from drops and spills! The look of the case itself is a semi matte black and has a semi hard shell exterior. So it has a attractive design that will appeal to many and seems to be very durable. I'm sure I'll be using this case for many years to come. Overall, I'm impressed and very pleased with this case and would definitely recommend.

I really wish I could rate this with more than 5 stars. The Drive Logic Carrying Case is compatible for Nintendo 3DS XL & PlayStation Vita plus many more mobile gaming systems and electronic devices. I have this one to use with a play station vita. The case is built turtle shell strong with double zippers, memory foam cushion and elastic to keep the system super snug so there is no sliding. The description states that it is waterproof, but I do not think it is waterproof in way that it could be fully submerged in water, but if you have to carry the case in the rain then you will have adequate protection. There is a mesh pouch and storage area to hold additional accessories and charging cords which also is very sturdy material and does not seem like it would sag after extended use. At this price point and with a lifetime warranty the Drive Logic Carrying case is a go to.

The main problem I face with my 3DS, and my external hard drives, is that although they are designed to be mobile, I've been too worried to take them along with me wherever I go due to fears that I'll either drop and break the unit, or it'll get banged up in my bag, backpack, or briefcase. I realized I wasn't getting the actual value of my (costly!) mobile-tech purchases -- a waste of money, a loss of enjoyment (no gaming during lunch breaks) and productivity (no working on large projects in a smoother, back-and-forth way). This case is designed for mobile gaming units yet works very well for hard drives, etc. The case is hard, with a silicone rubber finish -- pleasant to hold, and easy to grip -- no slipping. The devices are held in place inside by an elastic band, and there's also a mesh pocket for game cartridges and such. The two zippers are heavy duty and the case does not compress, even with the zipper there. Note that the foam is not on both sides, but the elastic band is firm enough that it seems to keep the devices perfectly safe, whether carried by hand or in a bag.

This case is great for many uses. It is soft yet protective and is foam lined as well. My daughter uses it for her handheld as well as a purse like clutch. She carries her phone, money, drawing supplies, etc in it. It is a good size without being bulky. It Also has an elastic band inside to hold things in place.

This is a very nice case for a 3DS XL. My daughter loves it! It is made really durable and has plenty of room. I think it will really protect the DS and it is easy to use/carry.

This is a nice case. My son doesn't have the xl so he just uses this for his regular ds but it's sturdy and it keeps his ds safe when he drops it. It has a side pocket in the inside for him to keep his charger there. It was a little hard to zip and it doesn't have a place inside for him to store his games but otherwise it's a good case.

Works great and you don't have to worry about it getting smashed because it is a hard case. It fits everything that is essential to playing with the game console

Well paded case for DS for safety storage or those long travels. It fits a new 3DS and I found out it has enough room for smallers model or to carry one headphones or charger. So far, it looks to be done with very good materials.
