Upright walkers reduce backaches and allow for more stability. My Mom loves it. A person can use the upright walker outside the home and a smaller one at home. I put it together in 30 minutes. This is a positive advancement in mobility aids.

Delivery issues!
Product is ok But delivery is a problem! On Wednesday they delivered my hangars to the totally far end of park to whoever they felt like dropping it at. Thankfully the resident turned it into the office. Today i received two packages from you and the high value item was taken to the office and not delivered with the rest! I don't get it.

It is extremely unstable and cannot be returned
Assembly was not difficult but the walker I received is not safe to use. The brakes do not work and don't even think about trying to sit on it. Turning right or left causes the wheels to lift up off the ground. The arm rests aren't secure at all.
