Great mattress!

Bad bavk
I brought this bed because my back was hurting . It is better but the foam could have been a little bit thicker.

Bad experience
Item arrived damaged and had to fight for my refund. And after about two hours of talking to customers service reps all over the world. I was finally hooked up with a rep in the USA. And then it was finally worked out. And I received my refund. And after it was damaged. I tried to lay on it before I reordered it. And I am so glad that. This mattress is so hard and uncomfortable.
